## Shelley Brindle

Shelley is a 22-year NJ Transit commuter who served two terms as Mayor of Westfield, NJ (2018–2025), co-founded the Raritan Valley Line Mayors’ Alliance—a coalition of 32 mayors advocating for over 23,000 daily rail commuters—and received a New Jersey Future Smart Growth Award.

She previously spent two decades at HBO, rising to Executive Vice President and overseeing its $4.4 billion domestic subscription business.

### Andrei Greenawalt

**Chief Policy Officer, Via**   
Andrei previously worked on regulatory policy at the White House (2009–14) and clerked for two federal judges. He holds degrees from Princeton and Yale Law School.

### Billy Nix

**Partner, Asymmetry Holdings**   
Billy previously was a Partner at Millstein & Co. and worked at the U.S. Department of the Treasury on large financial institution investments. He holds a degree from Dartmouth College.

### Dani Simons

**VP, Communications & Public Affairs, Americas · Alstom**   
Dani oversees Alstom’s public affairs and communications across North and South America. She previously led public affairs at the U.S. Department of Transportation, served on the Citi Bike launch team, lead public partnerships for Waze, and strategic communications for NYCDOT. She holds a master's from Yale. Dani is serving on the board in her personal capacity.
